About Baby Blossom
Discover the story behind Baby Blossom, a service for parents to receive gentle newborn care, rooted in expertise and compassion.
Meet Your Provider
Hi, I’m Megan Tinling, NNP DNP-BC, founder of Baby Blossom.
As a neonatal nurse practitioner, I have dedicated my career to caring for newborns and supporting families during one of life’s most important transitions.
I created Baby Blossom to provide compassionate, professional newborn medical care in the comfort of your own home. Bringing home a new baby is beautiful — but it can also feel overwhelming. My goal is to make those first days easier by offering personalized support, medical expertise, and reassurance right where families feel most comfortable.
A Calmer First Chapter
Baby Blossom exists for the space between hospital discharge and “we’ve got this.”
The goal is simple: give families clear medical reassurance, practical support, and a compassionate presence during one of life’s most tender transitions.
Through in-home newborn visits, I provide services such as newborn assessments, weight checks, bilirubin monitoring, feeding support, and guidance tailored to each family’s unique needs. I believe families deserve care that is warm, accessible, and centered around both baby and parents.
Baby Blossom was created with the vision of blending high-quality newborn medical care with a calm, supportive experience that helps families feel confident and cared for from the very beginning.

Baby Blossom is designed to support families during the transition home with a newborn by providing in-home newborn medical care, education, reassurance and early follow-up support. However, Baby Blossom is not a replacement for your pediatrician or emergency medical care. You should contact your pediatrician or seek urgent medical care if your baby has a fever of 100.4 or higher, having difficulty breathing, is difficult to wake or unusually lethargic, is not feeding well for multiple feeds in a row, has significantly fewer wet diapers, has worsening jaundice, or blue coloring around the lips or face, persistent vomiting, showing signs of dehydration, or symptoms that concern you urgently
